Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. This is especially important for items like small appliances and electronics to ensure they are protected during return shipping.

To start a return, please contact us at sale@happyhomegoods.top with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return address and any further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons:

• Items that are intimate or sanitary goods (such as certain pet care items).
• Gift cards.
• Items on final sale or clearance.
• Perishable goods, such as food or live plants.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at sale@happyhomegoods.top.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
